We work with a host of providers who are able to offer structural warranties on new build or newly converted commercial properties, for up to 12 years, providing protection in the event of structural damage through workmanship or failure in construction materials.
A defect in a property that is due to a defect in design, materials, workmanship, or supervision of contractors or site preparation works which existed but was not apparent on completion of the building works.
Specialist insurance is also available with commercial warranties, such as Developer Insolvency Cover, Contractor All-Risks Insurance, Loss of Rent, Alternative Accommodation Costs and Mechanical and Electrical Damage cover.

All policies we organise are underwritten by an A-rated insurer, providing strong protection for up to either 10 or 12 years, depending on the policy.

The provision of a structural warranty on new build housing recognised by the Council of Mortgage Lenders is now a requirement. In addition, most lenders will now request a warranty on a newly converted property or to a refurbishment where major structural warranty works have been carried out.
As a result, we ensure all policies we organise are recognised by the Council of Mortgage Lenders and are underwritten by an A-rated insurer, providing strong protection for the full 10 years.
