Residential focussed 10 Year Structural and Latent Defects Insurance policies are now a recognised part of the development process, with Self-Build Warranties now becoming commonplace in the structural warranty market, with many lenders requiring the provision of a 10-year structural and latent defects insurance policy before agreeing to lend money.
All policies we organise are recognised by the Council of Mortgage Lenders and are underwritten by an A-rated insurer, so you can be sure that both you, your lender and any prospective homeowners will be happy with strong protection for the full 10 years.
